Why do you offer year round service?

We provide year-round service for consistent value so your lawn and landscape stay in great shape through every season. That means regular summer mowing, plus included fall and winter tasks — like leaf cleanup, shrub maintenance, and property tidying — without seasonal price increases.

Is there a long-term contract or commitment?

No — our plan is completely contract-free. We use simple, contract-free billing with flexible cancellation. We bill monthly on the 1st, prorate if you start mid-month, and you can cancel anytime with just 24-hours’ notice.

How does pricing work?

We use transparent monthly pricing: the yearly cost of about 40 service visits is divided into 12 equal payments. This way you know exactly what you’ll pay each month — no surprises, no seasonal spikes.

How often do you visit my property?

We maintain a schedule designed for consistency and lawn health. For example, regular mowing in growing season, lawn health tasks in other seasons, etc. Hedge trimming frequency is adjustable (from monthly to bi-annually) if needed.

Software, Payments & Account FAQ

How do I receive updates when the crew is on the way?

You’ll automatically receive a text notification when our crew is en route to your property.
This comes from our scheduling system (Jobber), and no app is required — it’s sent directly to your phone.

How do I access my invoices, receipts, and service history?

You’ll have your own Secure Client Hub (powered by Jobber).
Inside, you can:

  • View all past and current invoices

  • Download receipts

  • See upcoming and past appointments

  • Update payment information

  • Request additional services

We send you a link to log in — no password needed. It’s as simple as clicking from your phone.

How do payments work?

We bill on the 1st of every month, and your card on file is charged automatically using Jobber’s secure payment system.

This means:

  • No missed payments

  • No late fees

  • No writing checks

  • No awkward in-person payments

You’ll receive a confirmation receipt every month

Is my card information secure?

Yes — Jobber Payments is fully encrypted and uses industry-standard PCI compliance.
Urban Leaf Lawn Care never sees or stores your card number.
Everything is protected by Stripe (the same payment processor used by companies like Amazon, Lyft, and Shopify).

Can I request extra services through the app?

Yes — you can request:

  • Cleanups

  • Mulch

  • Sod repair/install

  • Shrub trimming

  • Leaf removal

  • Gutter cleaning
    …and anything else you may need.

Just log into the Client Hub and click “Request Work”.

Can I update or change my payment method?

Yes — anytime.
Just open your Client Hub link and tap “Billing & Payments” to update your card.

Do I need to download an app to use this?

No app required.
Everything works through simple text messages and your Client Hub link.

How does the Client Hub help me stay organized?

Many of our clients love the portal because it keeps everything in one place:

  • Every invoice for your records

  • Every receipt for tax or HOA purposes

  • All past services with timestamps

  • Digital proof of work (before/after photos)

  • Ability to request work instantly
