When you choose our Maintenance Plan, you’re getting more than just summer lawn care—you’re investing in a comprehensive, full-year service that keeps your property in top shape through every season. Fall and winter services, such as leaf management, shrub trimming, and property clean-up, are included at the same monthly rate, ensuring your property remains well-maintained without seasonal price increases.

Simple, Contract-Free Billing and Flexible Cancellation

Our Maintenance Plan is contract-free, so you’re never locked in. We bill on the 1st of each month, with most customers opting for online or card-on-file payments. If you start mid-month, we’ll only bill you for the visits provided that month, with full billing starting on the 1st of the following month. And if your property requires less attention during the off-season, you can cancel anytime—just give us 24 hours’ notice.

Transparent Monthly Pricing

Your monthly rate is based on the total cost of our year-round maintenance service, which includes about 40 visits annually. This annual cost is divided into 12 equal payments to make budgeting simple and predictable.
